Grove Ridge and Vista Ridge in September 2029, Golf Vale in March 2030 and Golf Trails in October 2030. These are the dates Emaar's payment plans give as the estimated construction completion, when the last 20% falls due.
By Emaar's brochures it is five minutes' drive from Al Maktoum International Airport, ten from Expo City, thirty from Dubai Marina, thirty-five from Downtown Dubai and Burj Khalifa, and forty-five from Dubai International Airport.
No. On a new build the developer pays the brokerage commission, so what you pay is the price on Emaar's own list plus the Dubai Land Department and registration fees every buyer pays. Nothing on top.
