Aldar's list of 18 October 2026 gives a 40/60 plan with 10% down: 40% of the price paid before handover, the down payment included, and 60% at handover, which it dates Q4 2029. It gives no dates for the instalments in between, so we ask Aldar for the schedule of your unit and send it to you in writing. On the AED 1.5M 1-bedroom, the 10% down is AED 150,000 and the 60% at handover AED 900,000. Every Dubai purchase adds the 4% DLD fee.
